Our History
BDLINK’s origins can be traced back to HR INC. In 2005, Sandra D’Amico established HR INC in partnership with two Cambodian HR professionals. As Managing Director, Sandra has built HR INC into Cambodia’s leading human resources company. Through her work at HR INC, Sandra recognised a growing need for high quality, affordable consulting services in Cambodia. Drawing on the resources of HR INC, BDLINK was established as a separate company in 2006 to address the needs of entrepreneurs and high quality market research services in Cambodia.
